2. Return Eligibility:
Returns are only accepted for services that were not delivered as promised or if there are errors in the tax forms and/or accounting reports provided. Returns will not be accepted for services that have been completed and delivered as per the agreed-upon terms.

3. Refund Process:
If a return is approved, we will refund the amount paid for the service back to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within five business days of the return approval.

4. How to Request a Return:
To request a return, please contact us in writing at Info@AdelanteTAS.com with details of the issue and any supporting documentation. Our team will review your request and determine if a return is warranted.

5. Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges for tax and/or accounting management services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please follow the return process outlined above.
